Research and Design team. The solution is composed of different
functional modules, which integrated together facilitate the
end-to-end operation of a loyalty program, from registration,
to transaction, to fulfillment.

Our Loyalty Program is a web-based application

A. Customer Portal:
The Customer Portal is a publicly accessible
Internet website that offers personalized contents to customer members.
Customers who signed up for the campaign can view account information,
and they can browse and redeem benefits online based on bonus points
accumulated. This customer portal can also provide information on
new offers and special promotions programs based on each customer’s
profile.
Member Management:
The Member Management Module enables you to profile your customers
by analyzing member spending and reward redemption histories and
cross-referencing them with members’ information and preferences.
Reward Management:
The Reward Management module lets you add, edit, delete, and perform
bookkeeping of reward items and venders. It also lets you set up
special rewards to targeted members based on specific member status
(e.g. Age, gender, or product preferences, etc.).
B. Administration Portal/Program Management:
The Administration Portal is the central
work place for Site Administrators and Marketing Managers, where
you can create new loyalty campaign programs, modify and manage
on-going campaign rules and reward benefits, monitor customer bonus
points and award redemption activities, and evaluate past and existing
loyalty campaign performances.
Call Center Module: Supports Call Center Operator to work on the loyalty program. The multi-tags interface enables operators to obtain up-to-date information of the customer and response to enquiry in real-time.
Fulfillment House Module: Supports the fulfillment of redemption order in the loyalty program. It is a module designated for fulfillment house user to retrieve and update different types of redemption order.
Redemption Management: Rewards Management is for loyalty program back office agent to maintain the rewards catalog and all product information. User will be alerted by system if inventory of any item falls below a pre-set level. This mechanism make sure procurement order is issued on time to catch up the item consumption
Promotion Management: Promotion Management is for Marketing Executives to launch online promotion campaign on the loyalty program platform. It is a generic engine that promotion criteria and mechanic are all user-defined to personalize customer experience in different customer segments.
E-mail Management: Content of each email in the loyalty program can be customized without any coding change. User can design the look and feel of each email to be triggered by pre-defined business rules.
Administrator Management:

management functionalities such as create, suspend, and delete user
